MODEM ISSUES
If you are having an issue with your Connect service, please power your modem off, wait 2 minutes and then power it on again. Wait 5 full minutes and then try to Connect again.
Please find your modem and provider below and make sure your device is on the correct APN.
The data resets on the 2nd for our VZ 275 Gb plans. That means your data will start fresh on the 2nd of each month regardless of when you pay your bill.
