If the i with a circle symbol is lit up on your modem, please do the following to get rid of it.

 

Connect the modem to the computer with an ethernet cable or over the WiFi network

 

Open a web browser. Clear the URL (the address in the bar at the top of the screen) & type in 192.168.0.1

 

Password is – attadmin or ADMIN#1

 

Click on 'Messages' on the left

 

Click on the message

 

Click 'Delete' - Make sure you delete all the old messages

 

Power cycle the modem (Turn it off and back on again.)

 

These messages have nothing to do with your Bullfeathers Connect service. They are automatically sent to these specific modems at certain points of the month.
