Customers are experiencing issues with service and some are getting a message that they have used all of their data and that they can purchase more. This is not the case.

This is an AT&T issue and they are working on a fix for it.

We will update you here when we have more information.

Update: We have been informed that after a recent update, the programming needs to be changed in the Teltonika modem. We are working on getting the additional line of code for the device and we will be updating the code in each modem.
