MODEM ISSUES

If you are having an issue with your Connect service, please power your modem off and then on again. Wait 2 full minutes and then try to Connect again. 

Please find your modem and provider below and make sure your device is on the correct APN. There are 2 APNs to try if you have a T-mobile 400 or 500 Gb plan.

The data resets on the 2nd for our VZ 275 Gb plans. That means your data will start fresh on the 2nd of each month regardless of when you pay your bill. T-mobile data resets on the 20th of each month, regardless of when you pay.

If you are having an issue with this modem, and have AT&T service, see if the i with a circle light is lit up on it. If it is, please click here for instructions to delete the messages.
