Internet service is transmitted to your home from a local wireless tower. Service will not be available in all areas & speeds vary based on many factors including location, terrain, weather, home construction and network congestion. Different carriers have different signal strengths in different areas, depending on tower location, so some plans will not be available in some areas. Internet speeds will be lower during times of severe network congestion. We cannot guarantee speeds and service availability. Our Connect service does NOT work at all in some areas. Therefore, we have a 24 hour trial period for service and offer a full refund, as long as the modem and SIM card are returned in the first 24 hours.  We do not have any contracts and we don't require deposits. We also do NOT offer refunds on internet service after the first 24 hour trial period. 

 

If you are interested in signing up for our Connect 400T internet service, please call us to get started. We will collect your information by phone, complete the paperwork and process your payment. You will pay an activation fee of $60 and the first month's service. 

If you want to purchase your modem, you will pay an additional $150.00, plus tax, for a basic modem and your monthly price will be reduced by $10. You do not have to purchase the modem when you sign up for service. You can buy it at any time in the future for $157.95 with tax.

If you are interested in signing up for our 1000 Gb or unlimited internet service, please call us to make sure that we have modems in stock and to allow time to activate your SIM card. We will collect your information and payment by phone and complete the paperwork. We will schedule a time for you to come into the store to sign the paperwork and pick up your device. The payment will include an activation fee of $60, $129 or $145 for the first month of service and $375.00 plus tax for the modem. Your monthly payment is $129 or $145 depending on plan. SIM cards can take up to 72 hours to be activated on this plan.

We allow new customers to cancel the service within 24 hours for a full refund. If you are concerned that our service may not work well at your location, we suggest that you pay with cash because credit card refunds can take up to 7 days to process. The equipment must be returned to Bullfeathers within 24 hours, after it is picked up from us, in order for a refund to be processed. However, there is no contract so you can cancel your service at any time. We offer full refunds for the modems up to 14 days after purchase if they are returned in new condition. We do NOT refund internet service after the first 24 hours.

When you come to sign the paperwork and pick up your device, please bring a picture identification and your cell phone so that you can connect to the device to ensure that it works before you leave the store.
